Past Bookings
When you book here and for one reason or another you don't use all your entries, you don't lose anything. We always honor the transfer of unused entry(ies) to a later date up to 1 year after your original reservation. BUT IN 2024, we have decided to extend this deadline to 2 years!
We understand that sometimes there are unexpected events at the last minute and sometimes you lose 1-2 or more of your players or have to postpone your event. You now have 2 YEARS to use unused access for a subsequent regular reservation. Don't have the coupon on hand? We can look in the organizer's file to see if there are any unused accesses.
Why can't we refund an unused access fee
- We hire employees based on the number of players expected.
- We purchase the balls estimated in relation to the number of players expected.
- We are continually investing in equipment repair and installation of games.
You know elsewhere, if you don't show up you lose 100% of your access, at Fort Ouest you have up to 2 years to resume your reservation or unused entries!
