The building’s trail-stop roots are still part of the Fort Ouest experience, even as activities and events have become the heart of the destination.

The former owner built Relais Sous les Pins as a trail stop.
2005
The property became Fort Ouest and began its next chapter as an outdoor activity destination.

The team continues to welcome activity groups, seasonal trail travellers and special events.

Main building + grounds
The main building and up to 165 acres can be considered for special events, depending on the plan and conditions.
Open or exclusive
Choose an open setup or request exclusive use for an additional seasonal fee. Exclusivity must be arranged when booking.
Pricing by date
A weekday evening and a prime Saturday may not carry the same rate. The team confirms availability and a custom quote.

Pay the booking fee
The booking fee is 50% of the agreed amount. Payment can be arranged by credit card over the phone, Interac transfer or an online request.
Receive confirmation
Once entered in the reservation system, you receive an email confirmation and a reminder before the event.
Important: exclusive/VIP use cannot be added on the day of the event. Request it during planning so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
Make the memory visible
Photos built around your event.
A custom photography package can be planned with or without retouching. Files can be delivered by WeTransfer or USB key. The Fort Ouest grounds have even hosted an outdoor wedding ceremony, indoor reception and helicopter arrival.
Cancellation policy
Know the terms before you reserve.
100% of the reservation fee may be refunded.
70% of the reservation fee may be refunded.
The fee is non-refundable, but it remains available as a credit toward another event for two years.
