Youth Program

At Fort Ouest, we understand that sometimes young people are looking to save money, and we also believe in rewarding those who make an effort. Our Youth Program helps to open doors for teenagers and allows them to save for 1 year at Fort Ouest!

What is being asked is 10 hours of supervised 'volunteering' and in exchange, we offer:

- 1 Yearly Membership
- 1 Fort Ouest T-Shirt (limited quantities)
- 2 meals, if 5 hours are done on one day and the other 5 hours on a second day.
- Refreshments during the volunteer work.
- 1 work certificat of volunteer work at Fort Ouest.

Why all of this?
Fort Ouest is an outdoor center established since 2005, so more than 20 years of evolving within the outdoor community of the Mont-Tremblant area. Your teenager is probably gaining one of their first volunteer experiences, which they can then include on their resumé. This will help them find a job when they start looking. Fort Ouest sometimes needs to look for new employees, so we will look in the 'volunteer bank' for those who stood out, and maybe they will be one of the lucky ones, one day, to get a job with us?

Membership Benefits
In addition, the membership card offers plenty of benefits for 1 year, once the 10 hours are completed. So throughout the entire summer vacation, until the same date the following year, he will be a member at Fort Ouest.

Vacation time?
During the summer, are you looking to fill your teenager’s time? He will probably be here playing paintball or airsoft or "Grab or Tag" here? Three activities where he can save with his membership card during the summer and the year to come. In these difficult economic times, I believe that as parents you will appreciate saving during the vacation, and that your teenager will be in a supervised and safe environment.

When, who, where & how?

Please contact us at (819) 687-9721, we will schedule an appointment with at least one parent and the teenager during a day off of school or on a weekend. They must not miss school to have this experience with us. Your teenager must be at least 14 years old.

What will you teen do?
He will most likely spend the day outside in the fresh air helping our team pick up branches on the field. A task that we have to do every year for the safety of our players. He will also help us with cleaning the fields. We will also lend him gloves. We will also offer him refreshments. If it's a rainy day, possibly he could help us with post-group cleaning inside? Nothing very complicated.

What will be developed?
- Mutual aid
- Respect
- Teamwork
- Raise awareness and make adolescents responsible for the world around them.

How to dress?
Simply dress according to the day's temperature.

So, what are you waiting for? Call us today to start our 2026 Youth Program at Fort Ouest!
