Retention, destruction and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the identified purposes, to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements, and according to our retention schedule. At the end of the applicable period, information is securely destroyed or irreversibly anonymized when the law permits it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including role-based access, secure connections, account controls, staff practices and service-provider oversight.
