Special orders
We can check with Canadian suppliers. Some items may arrive in under 48 hours; ordering Monday or Tuesday gives the best chance of delivery before the weekend. Availability, pricing and possible rush fees are confirmed before ordering.

In-store purchases+
- No refunds. An exchange may be considered when the item and packaging remain in resalable condition and show no physical damage.
- Paintball and airsoft equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not a separate Fort Ouest warranty.
Special orders+
- A booking fee of at least 50% is required when the order is placed. The balance is due before the item leaves Fort Ouest.
- Orders must be collected within 30 days of arrival. We will follow up after 30 days; after 45 days without news, the item may be returned to inventory.
- If an uncollected item is returned to inventory, the amount already paid becomes a non-cashable credit for on-site activities, issued as a gift certificate.
- Manufacturing defects are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty or replacement process.
Event cancellation policy+
30+days before: 100% of the reservation fee may be refunded.
15–29days before: 70% of the reservation fee may be refunded.
0–14days before: no refund, but the reservation fee remains as a credit for two years toward another event.
