Cancellation policy

More than 30 days — 100% of reservation fees are refunded.

15 to 29 days — 70% of reservation fees are refunded.

14 days or less — Reservation fees are non-refundable, but may be applied toward another event within the following two years.

Online booking closes 2 hours before each departure; 10:00 AM departures close at 10:00 PM the day before.
